Support all aspects of visual merchandising processes including planning and leading transitions, reinventions, product assortment changes, and resets to maintain visual integrity;
Plan and execute daily/weekly workload and tasks to meet visual merchandising, department, and store sales goals;
Assist with freight processes including sorting, stocking, and end cap maintenance to keep zones neat and organized;
Contribute to customer satisfaction, inventory control, safety, and loss prevention to ensure profitable store operations;
Lead by example and provide coaching on visual merchandising priorities and standards; participate in meetings and communicate with team members
