Store Team Leader

L.L.Bean is seeking a Store Team Leader to drive exceptional customer experiences and sales results in our retail location. You will lead and coach a team to deliver knowledgeable, friendly service that reflects our outdoor heritage and values. Responsibilities include daily floor supervision, staffing, visual merchandising, inventory management, and maintaining operational standards. You'll analyze sales reports, plan to meet goals, and resolve customer issues.

Partner with management on training, scheduling, and community/outdoor events while fostering a culture of integrity, teamwork, and work-life balance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach store team members to deliver exceptional customer service
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening, closing, and cash handling
• Monitor sales performance and use reports to drive results and meet goals
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and task assignments for team members
• Maintain merchandising standards, signage, and product presentation
• Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and loss prevention practices
• Resolve customer concerns and ensure a positive shopping experience
• Support training and development of new and existing employees
• Promote and participate in community and outdoor-focused store events
• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and brand values
