Account Manager (Contract-to-Hire)
Location: Franklin, TN (100% onsite, 5 days/week)
Schedule: Full-time (8:00am–5:00pm preferred)
Pay: $25–28/hour + commissions
Start: ASAP
- Manage a portfolio of existing and dormant customer accounts (no cold prospecting)
- Re-engage inactive customers and drive account growth opportunities
- Conduct high-volume outbound outreach and relationship‑building calls
- Serve as main point of contact and resolve customer needs/issues
- Identify cross‑sell opportunities and collaborate with internal teams
- Track all activity and maintain accurate notes in CRM/ERP systems
- 2–3 years customer‑facing or account management experience (B2B preferred)
- Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
- Comfortable with frequent outbound calling and managing a large book of business
- CRM experience and proactive, team‑oriented mindset
