This is an inside sales role — you’ll work directly with leads provided by our marketing and referral networks, pre‑qualify borrowers, and guide them through the initial stages of the loan process with confidence and clarity.

ScheduleFull‑time | On‑site | Monday–Friday (occasional evenings/weekends depending on client needs)
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES, includes not limited to- Respond to inbound leads quickly and professionally
- Consult with clients to understand their home financing goals and pre‑qualify them for loan programs
- Educate borrowers on available loan products and guide them through the early application process
- Collaborate with our processing and support teams to ensure smooth handoffs and timely closings
- Maintain detailed notes and follow‑up in our LOS systems
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and conversion goals
- Stay up‑to‑date on loan guidelines, market trends, and compliance requirements
- Active NMLS License (required)
- Proven experience in mortgage sales or inside loan origination (2+ years preferred)
- Strong knowledge of conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loan products
- Exceptional phone, email, and interpersonal communication skills
- Competitive drive with a team‑first attitude
- Tech‑savvy with experience in LOS and CRM platforms
- Ability to manage a high volume of leads while maintaining a personal touch

This role operates in an ADA compliant office environment, utilizing typical office equipment and tasks including computer work. The position may involve partial stationary positions and moving throughout the day. Flexibility to work overtime to meet project deadlines is required.
COMPENSATIONBase Compensation Information – For residents of the states of CA & CO, and for New York City + other areas requiring disclosure: A large portion of a Loan Officer’s compensation is commission based. CMG pays base wages that are equivalent to minimum wage. Base wages for a non‑exempt Loan Officer are a draw against commissions earned.
