Job Description:

50/50 inside/outside sales position

Small business inside lead working (Eleads CRM)

New Business outside selling throughout the greater Nashville area

• Maintain current book of business within region
• Conquest local commercial competitors (focus on extensive inventory)
• Control of accounts, sale procedure from start to finish
• Large focus on gross profit
• Pinpoint a specific product to niche in over competition
• Trade Association/Truck Club Presence
• All deals must be billed out and turned into accounting timely
• All deals must follow our compliance guidelines and deal structure
• You must clock in/out each day that you work for us to ensure proper payroll guidelines are being followed/met per company and state policy.

• To have the most stocked commercial inventory per salesman focus on selling
• Primary focus on upfitted cab chassis, specifically Ram 2500, 3500, 4500, & 5500.
• Extensive Promaster and Light Duty pickup inventory as well
• Ability to order your spec through bailment pools
• Commercial Truck Trader customer leads
• Work Truck Solutions leads
• Eleads CRM/website leads
• Focus on having what others will not stock to hold gross profit
• Having a national approach to selling, not territory set
• Network of transport drivers ready for any delivery distance and doc signing.
