Position Summary We are seeking a highly motivated Pre‑Sales Specialist to drive lead generation, increase brand awareness, and convert prospects into gym memberships. This role is critical in building a strong pipeline of potential members prior to and during active sales cycles.
Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It)As a Crunch Ambassador, you are the face of our brand before we even open our doors. You’ll create excitement, connect with the community, and drive founding membership sales.
- Be a Social Butterfly:
Get out into the community—local businesses, events, and high‑traffic areas—to spread the word and build relationships - Generate Leads & Close Sales:
Work both in the field and from our pre‑sale office to identify prospects, distribute marketing materials, and convert leads into members - Build the Buzz:
Bring high energy and enthusiasm while showcasing why Crunch is the ultimate fitness destination - Be the Brand:
Embody our “No Judgments” philosophy with positivity and inclusivity—in person and on social media - Partner Up:
Develop local partnerships to drive awareness and cross‑promotional opportunities
- Identify and pursue new lead opportunities through outreach, events, partnerships, and digital channels
- Conduct daily prospecting activities including calls, text, social media engagement, and in‑person networking
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads
- Develop relationships with local businesses and organizations to increase visibility
- Sales:
Engage prospective members, understand their fitness goals, and present tailored membership options
- Energy & Enthusiasm:
You’re outgoing, confident, and thrive on interacting with people - Sales Savvy:
Goal‑oriented and motivated by results; comfortable asking for the sale - Reliable Transportation:
Ability to travel locally for outreach and events - Flexible Availability:
Willing to work evenings, weekends, and during peak community hours
