This role is for someone who can connect with industrial companies in a grounded, useful way. The work is not about generic sales scripts. It is about understanding the company, noticing where better systems could help, and starting honest conversations.

• Identify manufacturers, distributors, machine shops, and industrial service companies that could benefit from Pinewell.
• Create thoughtful outreach based on the company’s real website, workflows, market, and operational needs.
• Coordinate first conversations, local visits, follow-ups, and practical proposals with the Pinewell team.

• Comfort talking with owners, operators, sales leaders, and plant managers.
• Good judgment about where software, automation, infrastructure, or a better website can actually help.
• Strong follow-through and a clear, direct communication style.

Experience in manufacturing sales, industrial business development, account management, operations, marketing, or customer discovery is helpful.
