Overview
Sales Qualification Specialist – 4‑Day Work Week, Warm Leads Only, Weekly Pay, Top Earners up to $160K.
Responsibilities- Connect with warm leads who have already reached out to us through outbound sales calls.
- Understand each prospect’s unique situation through thoughtful conversation.
- Pre‑qualify prospects for our services.
- Schedule appointments with the closing team.
- Track interactions in Salesforce.
- Successfully complete a 2‑week training program, passing all assessments.
- Attend and participate in training during that period.
- Technical experience with multiple platforms, including CRM systems, and ability to operate a Mac.
- 2‑3 years of proven sales experience (telesales preferred).
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Highly organized, self‑motivated, and professional communicator.
- Strong computer skills;
Salesforce experience a plus. - Pass a background check and E‑Verify verification.
Monday to Thursday, 9am to 7pm – in‑office, Franklin, TN.
Compensation & Benefits- Base salary plus uncapped commission – top performers earning $120K to $160K.
- Weekly pay for commissions.
