About the Opportunity

Win Choice is a custom factory‑direct manufacturer of replacement vinyl windows. Our proven sales system helps representatives close more than half of their appointments. We provide qualified, pre‑screened leads so you can focus on what you do best—helping homeowners improve their homes.

We are committed to continuous improvement, exceptional customer experience, and providing our sales TEAM with the tools and training needed to succeed.

Requirements
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and desire to improve
  • Ability to build rapport and connect with homeowners
  • Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills
  • Willingness to follow a proven sales process
  • Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
  • Ability to travel within a 150-mile territory, meeting face‑to‑face at potential customers’ homes
  • Availability to work Fridays and Saturdays (weekend nights not required)
  • Basic technology skills (iPad, software, and training provided)
