We are looking for an Analyst 2 – Sales & Forecasting to join our team in Franklin, TN. Support the Manager and Senior Manager in collecting and disseminating industry sales data and key reports across NNA.
Responsibilities- Preparing and distributing the Ten- and Twenty-Day Sales Flash reports, including communication of NNA sales performance to OEM partners.
- Maintaining and updating industry retail days’ supply and dealer inventory reporting.
- Contributing to the development of monthly industry sales forecasts through data compilation and analysis.
- Overseeing the flow of industry sales information by powertrain, focusing on electrification trends.
- Developing working knowledge of industry sales forecasting and NNA daily tempo reports to provide ongoing analysis and insights.
- Maintain Ten-Day, Twenty-Day, and month-end Industry Sales Flash reports.
- Compile reports and distribute to a broad audience within NNA.
- Ensure timeliness of the report distribution and high accuracy of the data.
- Manage reports providing industry retail sales and dealer inventory (days supply) by OEM.
- Maintain internal documents reflecting industry segments.
- Generate end-of-month data for the monthly ISR (Industry Sales Report).
- Assist in analyzing industry sales data to produce monthly industry TIV forecasts.
- Update and maintain work instructions.
Minimum of three to five years of related experience at a professional level required.
Previous experience in various specialties of the automotive industry is strongly preferred.
Computer Skills- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, charts, VBA, and SQL query.
- Working knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, and other PC applications.
