Job Type: Full-Time, Commission-Based

Experience:

30+ Years Combined Experience

• Meet homeowners & business owners — Consult on roofing needs, restoration, and insurance claims; be the expert they trust.
• Network in the community — Attend events, Chamber meetings, and industry mixers to build your pipeline.
• Build your book of business — Follow up, stay in front of prospects, and create referral relationships that keep paying.
• Own the client experience — From first handshake to final walkthrough, represent the CH Roofing standard.
• Work with insurance adjusters — Help clients navigate claims; this is a skill that sets top earners apart.
• Close deals — Bring in residential and commercial projects; your commission depends on it.

• You have experience in sales, home improvement, roofing, real estate, insurance, or any field where you had to earn trust and close deals.
• You’re a self-starter who doesn’t need a manager looking over your shoulder to stay motivated.
• You communicate clearly and confidently — whether you’re talking to a homeowner or a commercial property manager.
• You’re comfortable being out in the community — networking, meeting new people, and staying visible.
• You have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Roofing or construction experience is a plus — but not required. We’ll teach you everything you need to know about the product.
