Position Highlights

• 4-Day work week (Mon-Thu)
• Warm leads only—no cold calling
• Weekly pay
• Base salary plus uncapped commission ($120K–$160K for top performers)

• Connect with warm leads who have already reached out through inbound calls.
• Understand each prospect’s unique situation through thoughtful conversation.
• Pre‑qualify prospects for our services.
• Schedule appointments with the closing team.
• Track all interactions in Salesforce.

• 2–3 years proven sales experience (telesales preferred).
• Consistently hits or exceeds sales targets.
• Highly organized, self‑motivated, and strong computer skills;
  Salesforce experience a plus.
• Technical experience with multiple platforms, including CRM systems; comfortable using a Mac.
• Pass all training assessments and attend the 2‑week training program.

• Base salary + uncapped commission with top performers earning $120K–$160K.
