Outside Sales Professional

Overview

We are seeking an Outside Sales Professional to work outdoors, solve unique challenges, climb ladders, and help people. Exterminating experience is not required, but sales experience is preferred. This role offers career growth, training, and benefits.

• Perform interior and exterior inspections, including attics and crawl spaces, and provide quotes to potential customers.
• Generate new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and forming strategic partnerships with businesses.
• Communicate the value of our services to prospects and transition them into loyal Northwest customers.
• Build and strengthen relationships with internal and external customers to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
• Attend regular training sessions and continuing education programs to stay current with industry trends.
• Maintain a safety‑first mindset when operating company vehicles and equipment.

• Adhere to the NORTHWEST WAY, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer care.
• Represent the company’s values and image as a brand ambassador in every customer interaction.

• Training salary: $3,000/month during training, with potential to earn commission afterward.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work independently in the field and manage route-based assignments.

• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Use a ladder within manufacturer’s weight capacity.
• Work safely in crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, and rooftops.
• Operate in all weather conditions.
