Job DescriptionAs an Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for managing the full sales cycle from start to finish. That means:
- Prospecting and qualifying potential new business opportunities within a defined territory.
- Owning the entire sales process from building a total addressable market to presenting tailored solutions, negotiating pricing and terms, and closing deals.
- Understanding client needs and communicating the unique value Rev Max delivers to solve their revenue challenges.
- Building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline to consistently achieve and exceed growth targets.
- Collaborating cross‑functionally with marketing, partnerships, and product teams to refine messaging and improve lead quality.
- Delivering engaging product demos — both virtual and in‑person — that clearly showcase Rev Max’s impact.
- Representing Rev Max at industry events, including roadshows, webinars, and conferences, while developing co‑marketing opportunities with partners and associations.

- 2+ years of B2B, quota‑carrying sales experience (SaaS experience preferred)
- Experience with revenue management in the hospitality or short‑term rental industry
- Proven ability to generate and manage your own pipeline through outbound prospecting
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Prior vacation rental or hospitality industry experience is a strong plus
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent sales work experience will be considered;
High School diploma required

- Willingness to travel 1–2 times per quarter
