RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Conduct professional in-home consultations for residential window and entry door replacement projects
  • Discover each homeowner’s goals, priorities, and concerns
  • Educate homeowners on product performance, installation quality, energy efficiency, aesthetics, and long-term value
  • Recommend tailored solutions from our portfolio of trusted manufacturers
  • Prepare and present accurate proposals
  • Confidently ask for the business while maintaining an educational, homeowner-focused sales approach
  • Protect company margins while delivering exceptional value
  • Maintain accurate CRM documentation and follow-up
  • Partner with Operations to ensure an outstanding customer experience from sale through installation
  • Occasionally participate in networking and community engagement events that support the Wallaby brand
  • Engage in business development activities to help grow our service
