Alive Hospice is seeking a Hospice Clinical Liaison to drive hospital-based outreach, referral management and growth in admission volume. You will collaborate with clinical leadership to identify referral sources, educate providers about hospice benefits and facilitate admissions to Alive Hospice services.
The position requires an RN license in Tennessee (or compact) and a valid TN driver's license, with a Monday–Friday schedule at Williamson Medical Center in Franklin, TN.
