Sales Consultant - Jewelry

Overview

We are seeking proactive and goal-driven individuals who embrace challenges with confidence, strive for excellence, can take initiative, and want to be part of a dynamic team. We are looking for those with at least two years of consultative sales experience who excel at understanding and addressing customers’ needs. While no jewelry experience is required, experience in selling products with distinct features and benefits is valuable.

Training will be provided to demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our merchandise, represent the brand, and create an exceptional shopping experience for customers and their special moments in life.

• Conduct sales presentations that emphasize the features and benefits of our products and actively drive sales by understanding and meeting the unique needs of each customer.
• Focus on cultivating strong customer relationships, maximizing sales performance, sharing compelling product stories, and delivering an unparalleled experience for every guest.
• Work toward personal goals while contributing to team goals and the overall success of the store.
• Train and mentor new team members, share expertise, and provide and receive feedback.

• At least 2 years of consultative, customer-facing sales experience with products that have clear features and benefits. Jewelry sales experience is not mandatory; comprehensive training and ongoing learning opportunities are provided.
• Availability during evenings and weekends.
• High level of visual acuity and manual dexterity.
• Excellence in written and spoken English; effective communication is key.
• A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.

Base Pay range for this role is $23 to $26 per hour, applicable to this position and location. Your placement within the range is determined through interviews, experience, knowledge, skills, and market data. Most offers target the lower end of the range, but higher starting rates may apply with more demonstrated experience and skills. Performance-based increases are available over time.

Base pay is one component of our total rewards package, which also includes:

• Participation in a team bonus that can range from zero to $150 per week for every member of the store team.
• An individual sales performance bonus based on participation in team and individual sales, paid annually and ranging from $2,000 to $50,000 depending on performance.

Weekend and evening availability is required. Hours are generally Monday to Wednesday 10 AM–7 PM, Thursday to Friday 10 AM–8 PM, Saturday 10 AM–6 PM, and Sunday 12 PM–5 PM.
