Sales Manager

Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Sales Manager for a premier full-service hospitality organization. This is a fully onsite opportunity based in Franklin, Tennessee

• Competitive base salary of $65,000-$80,000 plus a 20% quarterly performance bonus

• Develop new business opportunities and build lasting relationships with corporate, group, and event clients to drive revenue growth.
• Conduct sales calls, client meetings, networking events, and community outreach to expand market presence.
• Evaluate prospective business opportunities and collaborate with leadership to develop strategic sales initiatives.
• Maintain a strong understanding of market trends and competitive activity to identify new opportunities.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and other administrative documentation while maintaining accurate client records.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process while consistently working toward revenue and market share goals.

• Previous experience in hotel, hospitality, or related business-to-business sales.
• Proven ability to develop new business and cultivate long-term client relationships.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM or sales management software.

• Base salary: $65,000-$80,000, depending on experience
