Our client, a leading privately owned media organization, is seeking an experienced Sales & Business Development Representative to grow advertising partnerships across premier sports, news, and media programming. What You'll Do

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities
• Sell advertising, sponsor ships, and integrated media solutions
• Build long-term client relationships
• Manage the sales process from prospecting through close
• Consistently meet and exceed revenue goals

What We're Looking For

• Previous radio and/or media advertising sales experience
• Proven success in business development and closing new business
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Passion for sports and media is a plus
• Must be able to work in-office in Williamson County, TN

Compensation

• $2,000/month base salary
• 20% commission on gross sales
• Uncapped earning potential
