Wesley Group seeks a Sales - Incoming Leads Only professional to convert qualified inbound interest into new financial services client engagements. In this role, you'll respond to warm leads, conduct consultative discovery calls, understand client needs, and position Wesley Group's advisory and consulting solutions. Partnering closely with senior advisors, you'll manage a structured pipeline, maintain meticulous CRM records, and drive consistent revenue results.

Ideal candidates bring 2-3 years of B2B or financial services sales experience, strong communication skills, and comfort working in a fast-paced, data-driven, and collaborative environment aligned with our entrepreneurial culture.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and qualify inbound leads for Wesley Group's financial services offerings
• Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect needs and pain points
• Deliver consultative, solutions-focused sales conversations
• Collaborate with advisory and consulting teams to scope tailored solutions
