Concierge Medical Sales Representative

Wesley Group seeks a Concierge Medical Sales Representative to drive growth for premium, membership-based medical services. You'll source and qualify leads, manage a consultative sales cycle, and build long-term relationships with executives, physicians, and high-net-worth individuals. Partnering closely with senior advisors, you'll translate complex service offerings into clear value propositions, develop territory and account plans, and track performance using CRM and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business for concierge medical services through targeted prospecting and lead generation.
• Manage the full consultative sales cycle from discovery through close and onboarding.
• Build and maintain relationships with executives, physicians, and high-net-worth individuals.
• Develop and execute territory and account plans aligned with growth targets.
• Translate complex clinical and service offerings into clear, compelling value propositions.
• Collaborate with senior advisors and delivery teams to align solutions with client needs.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline forecasts, and performance reporting.
• Represent Wesley Group and client brands professionally at meetings and events.
• Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to refine sales strategy.
• Provide ongoing client support to drive retention, referrals, and upsell opportunities.
