VP Level Sales Closer

This role is pivotal in assisting clients through the strategic divestment of their timeshare commitments, reinforcing our commitment to financial freedom and environmental responsibility. The ideal candidate will drive sales processes, manage high-value accounts, and deliver outstanding client results through preset appointments.

This position offers a rewarding compensation package starting at $259,000 annually, with opportunities for bonuses based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Strategically drive and close sales of timeshare exits, ensuring alignment with client goals and firm's values.
• Manage, nurture, and expand high-value client relationships through effective communication and personalized strategies.
• Analyze market trends and client needs to adjust sales strategies and practices for maximum effectiveness.
• Lead a team of sales professionals, providing mentorship and support in alignment with The Westly Group's ethos.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and customer satisfaction.
• Report directly to senior management with detailed sales reports and market analysis.
