Membership Sales Consultant

Wesley Group seeks a Membership Sales Consultant to drive growth for a concierge medicine offering. You'll manage the full sales cycle-from lead generation and qualification through consultative conversations, membership plan education, and enrollment. Partnering closely with advisors and clinicians, you'll translate complex service options into clear client value, build strong relationships, and ensure a high-touch, white-glove experience. In our collaborative, entrepreneurial culture, you'll help shape go-to-market strategy, track performance in CRM, and continuously refine messaging to meet ambitious growth goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage full membership sales cycle from lead generation to close for concierge medicine services
• Conduct consultative discussions to understand client needs and recommend appropriate membership options
• Educate prospective members on concierge medicine value, pricing, and service levels
• Maintain accurate pipeline, activities, and forecasts within the CRM system
• Collaborate with clinicians and advisory teams to deliver a seamless, high-touch onboarding experience
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly membership growth and revenue targets
• Gather and share client feedback to refine messaging, offerings, and go-to-market strategy
• Represent Wesley Group and the concierge practice at events, webinars, and targeted outreach campaigns
