In-Home Sales Manager

A leading home improvement organization is seeking a driven Replacement (In-Home) Sales Manager to mentor, develop, and lead a high-performing retail sales team. • Competitive base salary ($120K-$130K
  ) plus annual bonus (paid quarterly based on performance metrics)
• Eligible for company e-fleet vehicle after 90 days (for work and personal use at $200/month
  )

• 2 weeks PTO in years 1-3, 3 weeks at year 4+

• Proven leadership experience in sales management or team supervision
• Strong ability to coach, train, and develop sales representatives
• Must successfully pass a stringent background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screening
• Availability to travel for one week of manufacturer training within the first six months, with a potential second week in months 7-12
• Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred

• Experience leading remote or in-home sales teams
• Process improvement and change management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Lead, train, and motivate a team of 6-10 in-home sales representatives, focusing on professional growth and sales effectiveness
• Drive process development and improvement initiatives across the sales team
• Monitor results to ensure customer satisfaction, market share growth, and profitability
• Provide regular coaching, training, and workload adjustments to support team performance
• Communicate clear objectives and foster integration across the sales function
