Security Officer Patrolling

Position: Security Officer Flexible Patrolling
Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at the front desk following site-specific procedures and Allied Universal standards for a technology-focused location;
Monitor lobby and reception activity, verify visitor credentials, manage sign-in processes, and support access control practices for authorized entry and exit;
Respond to incidents, questions, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues to site contacts and/or emergency services when appropriate;
Answer phones, direct guests, receive deliveries, and complete logs, reports, and other front desk documentation related to security-related activities;
Observe and report unusual activity, equipment concerns, and policy violations to help support orderly operations at the location
