Extrity Services is seeking a professional Armed School Security Professional to provide security services in a school environment while maintaining a people-first approach focused on prevention, professionalism, de-escalation, and relationship building.

Franklin, Tennessee

Nashville, Brentwood, Spring Hill, Thompson's Station, Nolensville, Fairview, Smyrna, La Vergne, Murfreesboro, Antioch, Bellevue, College Grove, Columbia, and Mount Juliet.

$23.00 - $24.00 per hour

Monday-Friday 8~30 AM - 2~30 PM No weekends

• Handle security incidents and emergency response situations.
• Conduct patrols and monitor access points.
• Report incidents and maintain documentation.
• Interact professionally with the public, staff, visitors, and stakeholders.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment.

• Active Tennessee Armed Security License
• Dallas Law Certification
• Valid Driver's License
• Reliable transportation
• Previous armed security experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Excellent report writing and documentation skills
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability
• Ability to respond appropriately to emergencies
• Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
• Sound judgment in high-pressure situations

• Consistent Monday-Friday schedule
• Daytime hours only
