Video Surveillance Systems Administrator
Required
Skills & Experience:
3-5+ years of experience supporting CCTV, surveillance, or physical security technologies. Experience with Hanwha/Wisenet camera systems. Hands-on experience with a VMS platform such as Hanwha Wave, Genetec, Milestone, or similar. Strong troubleshooting skills across cameras, recording systems, and network-connected devices. Knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs, PoE, and related networking concepts. Experience working with vendors, contractors, or system integrators.
Nice to Have
Skills & Experience:
Multi-site enterprise or healthcare environment experience. Vendor management experience. Site surveys and camera coverage assessments. Low-voltage cabling knowledge. Access control or physical security system integrations. Experience creating SOPs, documentation, and asset inventories.

We're seeking a Video Surveillance Systems Administrator to support and maintain Acadia's enterprise video surveillance environment. This individual will oversee CCTV and VMS platforms across multiple facilities, ensuring cameras, recording systems, and supporting infrastructure remain secure, reliable, and operational.
Responsibilities:
Manage and support enterprise CCTV and video management systems. Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot IP cameras, recording servers, and related surveillance equipment. Resolve system performance, connectivity, and recording issues. Coordinate with vendors, integrators, and internal IT teams to support installations, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance. Perform site assessments and help evaluate surveillance coverage and system effectiveness. Administer user access and permissions within video management platforms.
Maintain documentation, inventories, and system records. Support surveillance-related network infrastructure, including PoE devices and connectivity troubleshooting.
