Base Salary: $95,000 - $110,000 annually. Expected Hiring Range:
Most offers expected between $100,000 - $105,000. Compensation may vary based on experience, certifications, leadership scope, security expertise, and total compensation considerations.
Years of
Experience:
8+ years of progressive security experience, 3+ years managing supervisors and multi-shift security teams. Relevant Industry Background Experience in one or more of the following:
Physical Security, Corporate Security, Executive Protection, Emergency Management, Law Enforcement, Military Security, Hospitality Security, Resort Security, Private Estate Security, Campus Security, Entertainment Venue Security, Healthcare Campus Security. Additional Experience
Required:
VIP protection, emergency response leadership, incident command, security investigations, security technology management, team leadership and development.
Security Leadership: 8+ years security/protective services experience, 3+ years leadership experience, multi-shift operations management. Security Operations:
Access control, surveillance systems, alarm systems, visitor management, security reporting platforms, security SOP development. Emergency Management:
Crisis response, incident command, fire and life safety, evacuation planning, severe weather response, medical emergency coordination. VIP Protection:
Executive protection coordination, high-profile guest management, confidentiality and discretion. Administrative
Skills:
Incident reports, risk assessments, executive presentations, briefings, security metrics, budget oversight.
Additional Requirements:
Valid driver's license, ability to work evenings/weekends/holidays, on-call leadership availability, ability to meet licensing and background requirements.
Bachelor's Degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Emergency Management, Hospitality Business.
Certifications:
ASIS CPP, ASIS PSP, FEMA ICS-100, FEMA ICS-200, FEMA IS-700, FEMA IS-800, CPR Certification, AED Certification, First Aid Certification. Additional
Preferred Experience:
Hotel Security Leadership, Resort Security Leadership, Private Club Security, Estate Security, Executive Protection, Event Security, Vendor Management, Contract Management, Security Technology Implementations Licensing:
Tennessee Security Registration, Armed Registration (if required).
