Division Foreman

Overview

Precision Walls, Inc. (PWI) is a leading wall and ceiling specialty contractor seeking a Division 10/12 Foreman in commercial construction. The role requires experience in bathroom partitions, toilet accessories, fire suppression installations, and other wall protection services.

• Install bathroom partitions and accessories per project specifications.
• Handle all types of commercial wall and ceiling items.
• Measure and mark surfaces for hanging work using blueprints and drawings.
• Inspect wall surfaces for imperfections.
• Work independently on job sites.
• Supervise less experienced installers and laborers.
• Coordinate with GCs and other subcontractors on project expectations.
• Instruct and inspect installation work to ensure quality.
• Identify and resolve site‑specific conflicts before they become roadblocks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with scaffold and ladder safety.
• Positive attitude and commitment to trade knowledge and quality excellence.
• Compliance with safety procedures.
• Team‑oriented work style.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Dependable transportation.
• Experience with blinds and electronic blinds.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
