You start your day traveling from home to job sites, taking ownership of each project with professionalism. Upon arrival, you conduct thorough roof inspections to identify leaks and damage, determine the best repair solutions, and after preparing and presenting estimates to homeowners, you carry out repairs such as replacing shingles, sealing leaks, and restoring flashing, all while adhering to safety standards.

You document your work with photos and notes in company systems, maintaining organization and clear communication throughout the process to ensure outstanding service and high‑quality project completion.

• Experience in residential roofing repair (shingle, metal, or tile)
• Understanding of roofing systems, waterproofing, and local building codes
• Ability to work at heights, lift heavy materials, and work in varied environments and weather conditions
• Strong skills in identifying and resolving complex leak issues
• Proficient in using hand and power tools for roofing
