Timely, efficient and service oriented individual to be part of a crew to install insulation in homes or businesses throughout Kentucky and Tennessee.

• Install foam insulation in walls of existing homes or businesses.
• Install spray polyurethane foam into walls, ceilings, basements, crawl spaces or other parts of a home or business.
• Install loose fiberglass insulation or batt insulation in walls, attics, crawl spaces or other areas of the home or business.
• Install ventilation and other peripheral products in homes or businesses.
• Perform other services as directed by the foreman or Owner/Operator.

• Ability to work in attics, basements and crawl spaces.
• Ability to work in extreme cold and extreme heat.
• Work on ladders (up to 28’).
• Work with hand tools.
• Count and handle money.
• Work with drills, pumps and all equipment necessary for installing insulation.
• Keep home/business clean during and after installation (inside and outside).
• Educate customers on service and installation features.
• Pride in high quality installations and do the job right the first time.
• Provide all customers with excellent customer service.
• Follow all policies and procedures of USA Insulation while on duty.
• Perform any and all other functions or tasks assigned by the crew chief and Owner/Operator.

• Must have valid state driver’s license.
• Non-negligent driver’s record.
• Must be able to read and write.
• Must be able to manage customer paperwork.
• Must be able to speak English.
• Physical exam (275 lbs. weight limit in working clothes and safety gear).
• Able to lift and move up to 80 lbs.
• Installers must possess good organization and verbal communication skills.

• No “insulation” experience required, however preferred.
• Commitment to Customer Service.
• Working knowledge of siding, home building, drills, pumps and hand tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot product and installation problems.

• Drills, Truck, Hand Tools, GPS, Pumps & Equipment and siding tools.

• More than 30% local daily travel required (more than 30%, within 2 hour radius normally).

• Heavy Lifting 100 pounds maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying objects up to 50 pounds.

Physical demands of this position include: constant bending, pushing, reaching, seeing, speaking, walking and standing, frequent hearing and climbing. Frequent means activity is usual and customary part of the essential functions of the job. Constant means activity is continually occurring and required to perform the essential functions of the job.
