Reach Truck Operator - Reach; Yale | 2nd Shift

Position Overview

Looking for an experienced Reach truck Operator (2nd Shift) operating YALE Reach equipment during the afternoon/evening shift.

Pay Rate
: $20.25/hr

Equipment
: YALE Reach Forklift (facility-standard)

• Safely operate Yale Reach forklift equipment as assigned
• Move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise according to client directives
• Complete pre-shift equipment inspections and report defects to supervision
• Work from work orders, pick lists, and system-generated tasks
• Ensure accurate inventory movement and cycle count participation
• Maintain safe speeds and safe operating distances at all times
• Collaborate with receiving, shipping, and inventory control teams
• Adhere to all Geodis safety standards and PPE requirements

• Minimum 6 months verifiable Reach forklift experience required
• Experience on Yale or Crown equipment preferred (identical controls)
• Ability to pass Geodis equipment safety assessment
• Strong spatial awareness and ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑rack environment
• Ability to stand/sit for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliable transportation to and from the facility
• Willingness to work OT on Saturdays as needed
• Must pass criminal background check (theft, violence, drug offences screened)
