At Volkswagen of Cool Springs, we don't hire Service Express Technicians to keep them "entry level." We hire future Volkswagen Technicians -- people with the drive, discipline, and pride to build a real career in a high-performing service department.

The Express Team is the foundation of our shop. The work you do here directly supports our main shop, our customers, and our reputation as the premier VW service center in Middle Tennessee.

You'll master the fundamentals of professional VW service while supporting our shop's workflow:

• Perform multipoint inspections with video (a core VW standard)
• Record accurate brake pad and tire tread measurements
• Complete oil and filter services efficiently and correctly
• Support our advisors by clearly communicating additional needs
• Identify safety or maintenance concerns that protect our customers
• Learn VW processes, tools, and diagnostics from experienced mentors
• Follow strict dealership & manufacturer safety and quality standards

This is hands-on, real-world technician development -- not just oil changes.

The right candidate is someone who wants more than a job. We want:

• Valid driver's license (manual transmission preferred)
• Ability to follow written instructions and established procedures
• Familiarity with basic automotive service
• Prior tech school or mechanical experience is a plus
