Senior HVAC Commercial Service Technician

Roscoe Brown Inc., a dedicated team in Middle Tennessee since 1940, is hiring immediately for skilled Senior HVAC Commercial Service Technicians.

• Ability to diagnose and repair commercial heating and cooling systems

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and cooling units for commercial customers; understand mechanical and electrical components of HVAC systems
• Ability to work on units up to 50 ton, including exhaust and fresh air systems
• Strong understanding of mini-splits and VRF systems; ability to work on boilers and chillers
• Knowledgeable in refrigeration; training will be provided
• Strong troubleshooting skills using voltage meters and electronic tools
• Independent, timely, and accuracy-oriented work
• Follow written and verbal directions from managers and leadership
• Excellent customer service skills with customers and office staff
• Maintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in vehicle
• Organize and document all equipment for scheduled jobs
• Communicate with customers to ensure understanding of work and decision-making

All candidates are required to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening, must possess a valid driver’s license, and must reside in Tennessee at the time of hire and maintain Tennessee residency throughout employment.

Our office is located at 959 North Thompson Lane in Murfreesboro, TN. Senior HVAC Commercial Technicians will have the ability to take their trucks or vans home and will be dispatched from there.
