Summary of Job
Seeking entry‑level and experienced technicians to diagnose residential plumbing issues, including faucets, drain clogs, conventional and tank‑less water heaters. Technicians must perform repairs and replacements of all plumbing components, work with drain machines to clear any sized stoppage, and provide clear, direct communication with customers inside and outside their homes.
Education and ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent GED certificate. Minimum two years of experience in plumbing installation and/or service. Knowledge of tank‑less water heaters is a plus. A valid driver’s license with a good driving record is required.
Skills and Abilities- Inspections
- Repair water leaks
- Replace/repair toilets
- Repair garbage disposals
- Work under sinks
- Install pressure‑reducing valves (PRVs)
- Replace/repair faucets
