• IICRC Mold Remediation certification (required)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the mold remediation industry
• Valid, unrestricted driver's license
• Must pass a clean background check
• Must reside within 20 miles of Franklin, TN
• Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented

• Perform mold inspections, containment setup, and remediation services
• Follow IICRC S520 standards and company safety protocols
• Operate remediation equipment (air scrubbers, HEPA vacuums, negative air machines, etc.)
• Communicate clearly with customers and document job progress
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work site
