Are you an experienced window and door professional who knows what a great installation looks like and wants the opportunity to take ownership of making sure every project is done right?

Wallaby Windows of Nashville is looking for an experienced Installation Project Manager to help lead the field execution of our residential window and door projects throughout Middle Tennessee.

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced window and door installer, measure technician, service technician, installation supervisor or project manager who understands the technical side of the industry and is ready to take the next step in their career.

You'll perform final measurements, prepare projects for installation, support and oversee our installation crews, visit active jobsites, solve field issues and service requirements, manage project readiness, and help ensure every homeowner receives an exceptional experience from start to finish.

This is not a desk job. It's a hands-on, field-based project management role for someone who understands windows and doors, takes pride in getting the details right and is willing to do what's necessary to help projects run successfully.

What You'll Own Final Measurements & Project Readiness
  • Perform accurate final field measurements for residential window and door projects prior to ordering.
  • Verify opening dimensions, product configurations, installation methods, field conditions and other technical requirements.
  • Identify potential installation challenges before they become jobsite problems.
  • Review sold project scopes and specifications for accuracy and completeness.
  • Help ensure products, materials and job-specific supplies are ready before installation.
  • Serve as a primary field representative for Wallaby during active installations.
  • Visit and oversee jobsites to ensure projects are progressing according to scope and Wallaby's standards.
  • Support installation crews with project information, technical questions, materials and issue resolution.
  • Inspect installation quality, workmanship and project completion.
  • Help maintain clean, organized and professional jobsites, including assisting with cleanup when necessary to protect the customer's home and maintain Wallaby standards.
  • Identify workmanship or project concerns early and coordinate appropriate corrective action.
  • Assist with service work, adjustments and minor field repairs when appropriate.
Materials, Inventory & Field Support
  • Maintain awareness of commonly used installation materials, supplies and field inventory.
  • Help organize and maintain company tools, supplies and inventory.
  • Prepare and stage job-specific materials as needed.
  • Make material and supplier runs when additional products or supplies are needed to keep an installation moving.
  • Coordinate receiving and inspection of products and help identify shortages, damage or order discrepancies.
  • Assist with supplier and product-related issues when necessary.
Customer & Project Communication
  • Represent Wallaby professionally in customers' homes and on every jobsite.
  • Communicate proactively with homeowners regarding installation progress, field conditions and project-related concerns.
  • Help resolve issues quickly and professionally while protecting both the customer experience and the Company's interests.
  • Coordinate effectively between customers, installers, suppliers, sales and company leadership.
  • Maintain appropriate project documentation, measurements, photos and field notes.
Operational Support
  • Support the broader day-to-day field operations of a growing home-improvement company.
