What You’ll Be Doing (The Real Talk)- A Relationship Guru:
Developing and retaining long-term client relationships by providing exceptional service. - A Money Ninja:
Handling deposits, verifying endorsements, and processing withdrawals with ninja-like accuracy. - The Problem Solver:
Using common sense to execute sound decisions and managing branch vault and ATM balances. - A Matchmaker:
Creating value for clients by matching them with the perfect products and services for their goals. - A Team Player:
Collaborating across the organization to break down silos and uphold our mission.

- Education:
A high school diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor’s degree or several years of experience is preferable. - Tech Savvy:
Proficiency with technology, Microsoft Office, Google Apps like Gmail and Sheets. - Communication:
Clear verbal and written communication skills. - Stress Management:
Ability to maintain stable performance under pressure. - Spanish Speaking Preferred.
- Status:
Full-Time, Non-Exempt. - Hours:
40-hour workweek, Monday through Friday (9:30 AM – 7:00 PM) and Saturdays (8:30 AM – 2:00 PM). - Environment:
Professional office.
