Job Title:
Software Engineer (Mid-Level Front-End – React)
Work Schedule: Hybrid (Onsite/Remote)
Pay Rate: Based on experience
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Contract: 9 months
Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Mid-Level Software Engineer with strong front-end development experience in React.js to join our team. This role will focus on designing, developing, and maintaining modern user interfaces while ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and usability across web applications.
The ideal candidate is a collaborative problem-solver who can translate business and design requirements into high-quality technical solutions and is passionate about staying current with emerging front-end technologies.
Key Responsibilities- Build reusable components and front-end libraries to support scalable application development
- Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality, maintainable code
- Collaborate with back-end developers, designers, and product teams to enhance usability
- Ensure technical feasibility of design concepts and requirements
- Profile, debug, and improve front-end performance and code quality
Maintain documentation for front-end architecture and development standards - Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices
- Proven experience as a Software Engineer, Front-End Developer, or React Developer
- Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
- Experience with state management frameworks such as Redux or Flux
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and front-end integration
- Knowledge of modern authentication methods such as JSON Web Tokens (JWT)
- Experience with front-end build pipelines and development tools
- Proficiency with version control systems such as Git
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Experience with performance benchmarking and optimization techniques
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
