What You Will DoBuild internal tools, automations, dashboards, integrations, and workflow helpers for industrial customers.
Connect forms, documents, email, APIs, databases, and AI‑assisted processes into reliable operational systems.
Work closely with customer‑facing teammates to turn process notes into working software.
What We Are Looking ForStrong software fundamentals and the ability to ship simple, maintainable systems.
Comfort working with APIs, data models, backend services, frontend interfaces, and operational edge cases.
A practical mindset: automation should reduce work, not create a fragile science project.
Useful BackgroundExperience with JavaScript, Node, React, databases, document processing, AI tooling, integration work, or operations software is helpful.
