Design, develop, customize, and maintain People Soft applications based on business requirements.
Build and enhance People Soft components using People Tools, People Code, Application Designer, Application Engine, Component Interfaces, and Integration Broker.
Develop and support reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and workflows using SQL, SQR, BI Publisher, and related tools.
Analyze functional requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues across development, test, and production environments.
Support People Soft upgrades, patches, migrations, retrofits, and performance tuning activities.
Collaborate with functional teams, business users, administrators, database teams, and other technical stakeholders.
Prepare and maintain technical design documents, unit test plans, deployment notes, and support documentation.
Ensure development follows coding standards, security guidelines, and change management processes.
Provide production support, root cause analysis, and timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
