• Training session starts with greeting the client at the front and reviewing goals, progress, and today's workout
• Assist client with ongoing training, making adjustments to technique to ensure safe and effective exercise
• Motivate and educate clients on how to achieve goals through proper nutrition and fitness
• Log completed training session in the client database and prepare for next training session(s), customizing the programming to the client's needs
• Maintain current client files for preparedness in the next appointments

• Current Personal Training certification obtained within 60 days (NASM, ISSA, ACSM, or other approved program)
• CPR/AED and First Aid certification obtained within 30 days
• No degree needed. We’ve got your education covered with our training.
• We’re looking for individuals who can genuinely connect/communicate with and motivate others while providing excellent customer service.
