Delivery Coordinator

The Home Delivery Final Mile Coordinator manages the safe, timely delivery of customer products in compliance with company policies and DOT regulations. This role assigns and schedules work with preferred White-Glove (WG) carriers nationwide to support F9 shipments from stores to customers’ homes.

The Coordinator monitors shipments, resolves delivery and scheduling issues, and ensures accurate, real-time data entry in the Kuebix Transportation Management System (TMS).

• Coordinate timely pickup and delivery of customer orders within the assigned area.
• Assign, direct, and schedule work for preferred WG local carriers to maximize efficiency.
• Monitor carrier performance and address service or scheduling issues; escalate as needed.
• Communicate proactively with carriers, stores, and supervisors regarding service impacts.
• Maintain accurate shipment documentation, including BOLs, rates, service types, and sales orders in Kuebix TMS and Net Suite ERP.
• Ensure all shipment milestones—from pickup through final delivery—are updated in real time.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience managing high-volume shipments and booking deliveries with designated carriers.
