Warehouse Team Member

Position Summary The Warehouse Team Member is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, inventory management, picking, packing, and shipping of medical products, instruments, and equipment. This position ensures that all inventory is handled accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials, ensuring accuracy and completeness of shipments.

Pick, pack, and stage products and instruments for outbound shipments, surgical cases, or field deliveries.

Maintain accurate inventory counts through regular cycle counts and system updates.

Assist with kit assembly, decontamination support, and restocking processes as needed.

Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified).Follow established safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment.

Coordinate with the operations, logistics, and field support teams to prioritize shipments and urgent requests.

Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Perform other duties as assigned to support daily operations and team success.

Qualifications

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience:

1–3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution operations preferred.

Experience in medical device, healthcare, or regulated environments a plus.

Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the shift.

Work performed primarily in a warehouse environment; may require use of PPE and adherence to clean handling protocols.

Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, or overtime as needed.
