Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm (40 hours per week)

Job DescriptionThis position provides comprehensive administrative support to the Judicial District Manager and their team within the Division of Community Supervision. Responsibilities include scheduling meetings, recording minutes, screening calls and visitors, acting as the health & benefits representative for district employees, and managing mail, documents, and records.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain personnel, fiscal, and operational files, verify data, write reports, and reconcile financial information
- Perform records management, claims review, data collection, research, and inventory tasks
- Administer timekeeping, leave (LOA, FML, Workers' Compensation), benefits, personnel actions, onboarding, new hire orientation, HR logs, and separation processes
- Support procurement and fiscal functions including purchase requisitions, inventory control, vendor information, purchase orders, payments, receipts, mileage reports, travel authorizations, lease agreements, and vehicle log reporting
- Interact extensively with the public and staff, including occasional contact with criminal offenders
- Minimum Education: High School diploma or GED plus two (2) years of related administrative experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
