Dispatch Coordinator

Summary:

The Dispatch Coordinator will provide customer service to Lee Company’s external and internal customers and support efficient dispatch operations. Work hours are 10am‑7pm.

• Provide customer service to external and internal customers.
• Coordinate dispatch activities for drivers and customers.
• Maintain accurate dispatch records and communicate status updates.

• 3 to 5 years of data entry/administrative experience.
• 3 to 5 years of customer service experience.
• Proven knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Typing proficiency of 60+ WPM with accuracy.
