Tru Green is seeking a customer service representative to handle inbound and outbound calls, resolving service and billing concerns while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction. You will liaise between branches and customers, prioritize CFRs, and help identify improvements in the customer experience.
You must have a high school diploma or GED (associate degree preferred) and 2–3 years of customer service experience.
