Bon Secours Franklin Family Medicine is seeking a compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our well-established, patient-focused practice in beautiful Franklin, Virginia

You'll collaborate with other local primary care providers in town in a collegial network that puts patients-and providers-first.

Seeking a confident, clinically excellent physician who is comfortable in a solo MD role. Other physicians are local and accessible via phone, text, IM. You're supported in-practice by a CMA and LPN.

• No Non-Compete in Employment Agreement
• Flexible schedule options: Choose 5 eight-hour days or 4 ten-hour days between 7 AM and 5 PM
• Manageable patient load: Up to 20 patients per day across all ages, with a low pediatric panel
• Light call schedule: 1:7 rotation shared equally among group physicians
• Generous time off: Up to 35 days of annual ATO

• Hybrid care model: Mix of in-person visits and telehealth to serve patients where they are

• EPIC EMR, MyChart telemedicine, DAX Copilot A/I which helps our providers to focus on their patients in real-time and minimizes after-hours patient charting
• Dedicated Clinical Informaticist for documentation and billing efficiency
