Southampton Family Medicine is a busy, well-established family practice office with a large patient panel in a medically underserved and healthcare provider shortage area.

Bon Secours Southampton Family Medicine is seeking a compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our well-established, patient-focused practice in beautiful Franklin, Virginia. You’ll work alongside 2 MDs and 2 highly experienced Family Nurse Practitioners and collaborate with other regional primary care providers in a collegial network that puts patients-and providers-first.

• Effective 7/1/26:
  No non-compete in Employment Agreement
• Flexible schedule options:
  Choose 5 eight-hour days or 4 ten-hour days between 7 AM and 5 PM
• Manageable patient load:
  Up to 20 patients per day across all ages, with a low pediatric panel
• Light call schedule: 1:7 rotation shared equally among group physicians
• Generous time off:
  Up to 35 days of annual ATO, additional 8 weeks of paid parental leave also available
• Hybrid care model:
  Mix of in-person visits and telehealth to serve patients where they are

  Precept medical students and residents when available

• EPICEMR, MyChart telemedicine, DAX Copilot A/I which helps our providers to focus on their patients in real-time and minimizes after-hours patient charting
• Dedicated Clinical Informaticist for documentation and billing efficiency
• Direct Access to local CMO and Finance Director for mentorship and transparency

• $40,000 Starting Bonus
• Resident Stipend: $3,000 per month available for 2nd and 3rdYearResidents (U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.)

• Guaranteed Base Compensation of $275,000 for first two years plus productivity and quality incentives if wRVU threshold is met
