• Lead end-to-end packaging development: design, prototyping, testing, and validation.
• Collaborate with product development to troubleshoot device/packaging issues (e.g., heat-related components, material performance).
• Develop and improve packaging systems for heated/diffusion-based devices (e.g., fragrance, liquid/oil delivery systems).
• Conduct packaging tests (ASTM/ISTA), analyze results, and implement improvements.
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers to ensure scalability and quality.
• Support supplier selection, specifications, and production readiness.

• 5+ years in packaging or mechanical engineering (consumer or industrial products).
• Experience with device-based systems involving heat + liquid/oil diffusion (required).
• Strong background in structural packaging design and prototyping.
• CAD proficiency (Solid Works preferred) and experience with rapid prototyping/3D printing.
• Knowledge of packaging validation standards (ASTM, ISTA, ISO).
• Experience troubleshooting materials, plastics, and heat-related performance issues.

• Experience in fragrance, air care, home scent, or similar categories.
• Familiarity with regulated environments (FDA, hazardous materials, lithium batteries, etc.).
